Vegas series: Part 1

Hey readers,

In this Vegas series I’ll be sharing all that went down on my Birthday trip to Las Vegas. I stayed in Vegas for what was supposed to be 4 days and 3 nights, but you’ll get the deets about that later👀.

My friends (Talor and Peaches) and I landed in Vegas at around 8am and our first stop was the bar located in the Flamingo hotel. They were having a happy hour that included margaritas for $5.50 (y’all know how I feel about those happy hours😉).  It was pretty early to start drinking, but hey what else are you supposed to do in Vegas. DSC_0062DSC_0064

After having drinks, we met up with my other friends (Rainese, Aman, and Brandi) to get some breakfast. We went to Hash House A Go Go, which was so delicious. Their portions were so huge, that among 6 people, we were able to split two entrees and still didn’t finish. We ordered their chicken and waffles (the waffles were stuffed with bacon😋).DSC_0074

Later, we settled in our hotel, got changed and headed to the High Roller Ferris Wheel. We decided to do the open bar portion of the ride, which was so fun. We were able to ride the ferris wheel for 30 minutes with unlimited drinks. The views were amazing and we had a great bartender.DSC_0083DSC_0084DSC_0085DSC_0088DSC_0090

We found a wall that was perfect for photos on the way back to the hotel.DSC_0114

For the first night, we went to Chateau Nightclub. Sadly, I was unable to get a good group picture of everyone, but I was able to get a few with my former teammates (Bry, Gina, and Jania) ☺️.

Overall, day one in Vegas was a success! Thanks for reading 🙂
